I am…

Jochen Pietsch

I am a musician, piano teacher, arranger and composer based in Hannover, Germany. From 2002-2007 I studied music education at the University of Music, Drama and Media Hannover, majoring in Jazz-Rock-Pop Piano and graduated with a diploma. Today I teach there in the field of Popular Music. I see myself primarily as a keyboard player, because I love to play music with diverse sounds and complex arrangements, especially in the areas of contemporary gospel, fusion and progressive rock/pop. Because of my strong connection to the church, I also play the organ and try to bring modern influences into church music.
